Show Control Software

I have 12 Optima iLEDpar64s. There is no included fixture profile and the generic RGB proflies do not match the channels on my units. I need a profile that is as follows

1. red
2. green
3. blue
4. dimmer
5. strobe

I can't for the life of me figure out how to create this on my own. any help would be appriciated.

That, along with a load more problems is what I am suffering with. I've been using this for over 8 hours today and to date have achieved nothing.

I have 2 Martin Scx500 scanners that I can't 'centre' or if I use the figure of 8 just go round in a small circle. I can't control gobos, colours anything.

I have 2 Acme Par Can 64s that live in a world of their own. I don't know what do to with them.

Plus an Acme CF-805 colour bar that again I can't control.

I'm sorry but it really is infuriating to watch a 4 minute video that says "Oh just drag this, just drag that and you get a great show". As I said I've been doing this all day with nothing at all to show for it.

I have Daslight and it all the lights work fine on there, so I don't think it's a cable/light problem at my end.

It's going to take me the full 15 day trial to put one timeline together.

Sorry for the moan but after 8 plus hours I'm not a happy chappy.

Have you looked at our tutorial videos on the website under Support->Video Tutorials? There is about an hour of in-depth tutorials. The 4 minute video on the front is more for marketing and isn't meant to go into too much detail.

Also, you can send us a list of all the fixtures you need and we will send you a file within 24 hours that you can import.

Thanks Don but yes I have. I appreciate the 'quickie' is for marketing. However, if you put your hand in you pocket for the hard earned cash and you find things aren't as simple or straight forward as you were led to be believe, then trust me it is frustrating.

I have to say, I don't think I have ever met with such commitment and energy to solving customer issues, as we say this side of the pond ... Good on yer mate!
