How do you connect video projector,so you don't see a full screen with venue magic program,only the video clip track?

You must first put your computer in dual-monitor (or multi-monitor) mode. Then the Playback tab in the Video Track Properties window should list more than one display device. Select the one you want to display the video in. Keep in mind that some computers do not have a dual-monitor mode.

But if I will connect projector via VGA cable,projector will show everything that is on computer screen,not only video files.How do you solve this problem?

You need to select the "Extend the desktop onto this monitor" checkbox on the monitor properties.
