Show Control Software

Hello all,

Bought 2.1 a little while ago, just starting to program the new show.

Alls working really well, until dragging a modified lighting chase sequence in its timeline, which causes instant crash (and guess who hadn't backed up the last 2 hours work?)

Get back to the same point again, happen to drag a chase sequence... and again, crash
(windows programs stopped working message)

Any help is appreciated!!

I just had a developer tell me you are on an older version and we have fixed a number of issues since then. Try using the Help->Check for updates and update to the current version. I will continue to monitor this today to make sure we resolve this as soon as possible.

thanks for the reply, when i check for updates, it says i am using the latest version?

In the main menu, select Help->About VenueMagic. What version does it say you have?

It says 2.1.16

I see that a later version is available for download, but it does not find an update?
